PigVar contains the following data sets

1. GATK SNP files

2. Samtools mpileup SNP files

3. Phased SNP files

4. SV files
2. Samtools mpileup SNP files
All these data can be downloaded from our server freely. Please use the following tools to do downloading since the data files are rather big.
Under linux environment:you may use wget, for example:
   wget ftp://www.ibiomedical.net/pub/pigvar/beagled_chr1.vcf.gz
Under windows environment: you may use FTP tool, (e.g.FileZilla):
    host: www.ibiomedical.net
    username: anonymous
    password: anonymous
   After you connect to the host successfully, change to the path /pub/pigvar/
