Aimin Li

Aimin Li received the B.S. degree in computer application and M.S. degree in computer software and theory from the Xi'an University of Science and Technology, Shaanxi, China, in 2001 and 2007 respectively. Since 2011 he has been working towards Ph.D. degree in computer application technology at Xidian University. His current research interests are machine learning, non-coding RNAs and data analysis of gene expression.

Junying Zhang
Junying Zhang received her Ph.D. degree in Signal and Information Processing from Xidian University, Xi'an, China, in 1998. From 2001 to 2002, she was a visiting scholar at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, The Catholic University of America, Washington, DC, USA, and in 2007, she was a visiting professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Virginia Polytechnical University, USA. She is currently a professor in the School of Computer Science and Technology, Xidian University, Xi'an, China. Her research interests focus on intelligent information processing, including machine learning and its application to cancer related bioinformatics, causative learning and pattern discovery.
